This is a program for biennial commissions of major outdoor sculptures.The commissions will be displayed on sites on the Peninsula Link freeway close to McClelland Gallery+Sculpture Park on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia in 2012.
 For the next 25 years a new sculpture will be commissioned on a biennial basis, resulting in 14 commissions over the life of the program.
After exhibition, the two works will become part of McClelland’s permanent collection.
Works go through a preselection process and two artists will be selected to produce the commissions.
Two commissions are offered biennially valued at $300,000 each.
