Open to all Australian artists.Maximum 3 entries per artist. Maximum size is 2.25sq m.
Details:
The major non-acquisitive first prize is $10,000There are two runner up awards of $4000 and $2500.
Also includes the Meredith Foxton Peoples Choice award of $500.
All awards are non-acquisitive. There is no specific theme. Paintings in oil, acrylic, watercolour, pastel and mixed media are accepted. Photography and drawings do not qualify for entry.
Works go through a pre selection process and successful finalists will be notified on September 28th 2010.
This biennial award will next be held in 2012.
