Details:
Formerly known as the NSW Travelling Art Scholarship, this award is offered each year by the NSW Government, with support of the Helen Lempriere Bequest. The scholarship is valued at $60,000.
Professional development funding is offered for emerging artists to undertake a one to two year program of study or training overseas. Funds may be used for overseas travel, accommodation, living expenses, course fees and art materials required for the course of study or development. Selected works will be exhibited at Artspace and the scholarship winner announced in September.
