This biennial competition is supported by the Bungendore Wood Works Gallery and will next be held in 2010.
There are three cash awards totaling $10,000.
First prize is $5000
Second prize is $3000
Third prize is $2000
Selected works will form part of a touring exhibition and is an opportunity to gain selection into premiere Australian wood galleries.Eligible furniture is tables, chairs, cabinets, boxes, mirrors, clocks. Works should be individually designed as opposed to mass produced.Applications close in December 2009 with the exhibition opening on Australia Day 2010.
