The Black Swan Prize of Portraiture is Western Australia's richest portraiture prize. It is an exciting art event that attracts thousands of visitors each year. Approximately 40 paintings by Australia’s best portrait artists are chosen for display in September every year, to compete for the highly sought after Lester Group $40,000 1st Prize and the Perrine Group's $7,500 People's Choice Prize.
