Details:
This award is designed to celebrate the diversity and richness of indigenous art from around Australia. In order to enter, artists must be nominated by an individual or organisation. Finalists will be selected and invited to enter the awards.The Western Australian Indigenous Art Award is $50,000. Also includes the Western Australian Artist Award of $10,000. There is also a Peoples Choice Award of $5000. These awards are now biennial and will be next held in 2013.
