This biennial event is open to new media artists from around Australia by invitation. The award is Australia's most significant prize for new media art.The major award is $75,000 with winning works becoming part of the Queensland Art Gallery permanent collection.
There is also a $25,000 scholarship, presented to an emerging Queensland new media artist.
