St Michael's Exhibition and Archangel Prize
The St Michael's Exhibition and Archangel Award has Dame Elisabeth Murdoch as Patron. This acquisitive award, valued at $5000 aims to link education and arts communities and provide a new source of funding for emerging artists. The theme for the 2011 prize is 'place and space'.

Works go through a pre-selection process and successful artists will be notified by the end of June 2011.

Rotary Club of Clare Art Show
Three acquisitive prizes include $5,000 for best in exhibition, $1,500 for best work depicting the Clare valley and $1,500 for best sculpture.

Wagin Woolorama Art Prize
The Wagin Argus acquisitive award for most outstanding exhibit is $1000.There is also  the Lane Bucks and Higgins Prize of $250, the Norring Park award of $250 and the Agricultural Art Award of $100  and a Local Artists award of $100.The winning exhibit will be judged in the final at the Perth Royal Show for a first prize of $1800.

Wangaratta Contemporary Textile Award

Local and International artists are invited to enter their works for pre-selection for this award.Finalists will be invited to submit their works for exhibition and will be eligible for the acquisitive prize of $5000. Santos acquisitive Sculpture Award

The oil and gas company Santos, has provided $6,000 for a sculpture to be created and placed outside the Roma Community Arts Centre which houses the Roma on Bungil Gallery. Interested artists are invited to submit an expression of interest based on the site brief. The artist whose concept and design are chosen will be awarded $6,000 to cover all costs for the design, delivery and installation of the completed work on the footing provided. Final choice of artist will be announced by July 31st.

Erotica National acquisitive Prize

This new acquisitive art prize invites artists working in all visual arts mediums to explore elements on the erotic and sexual imagery that is not pornographic or exploitative.

Works will go through a preselection process with finalists notified by May 10th.
