Waterhouse Natural History Art Prize |

This is Australia's richest prize for natural history art. The winner of the acquisitive, overall Waterhouse Natural History prize will receive $50,000. Category A - painting, Category B - works on paper and Category C - sculpture and objects have first prizes of $10,000, second prizes of $5,000 and third prizes of $2500. There is a peoples choice prize of $5,000. Also includes the Waterhouse Youth Art Prize which has a first prize of $4,000, second prize of $2,000 and third prize of $1,000. Winning works travel to the National Archives in Canberra for exhibition. Entries costs vary depending on category and electronic or postal submission. |
